Director of Mental Health Outpatient Services / Psychologist

Seeking outpatient mental health director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the development and administration of a new outpatient provider. The candidate must have experience in fiscal management, adequate census building, hiring practices, performance evaluation, employee development and productivity with program compliance.

Licensed Psychologist
Relevant experience in a mental health / behavioral health care setting
Two years supervisory experience
Knowledge of laws and regulations governing provision of behavioral healthcare services in Philadelphia.
Experience with Electronic Health Records, fee of service and productivity
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to resolve conflicts and to handle multiple priorities.
