As a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist, Pastoral Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, he leads V. Calloway Counseling Associates.

His practice specializes in assisting individuals, couples, and families, alongside providing seminars for businesses and churches. He also plays a pivotal role in mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals, supervising and training undergraduate and graduate students.

Vincent’s academic journey includes a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a graduate degree from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. He has further honed his skills by completing post-graduate training in couples and family therapy at the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center’s Intensive Program, and by completing training in Biblical Counseling at Christian Research and Development.

He has over 44 years in the mental health field, formerly an EAP Counselor at PECO Energy Co. for almost 20 years, where he provided brief treatment, trauma response, seminars and referral services for employees and their dependents. He has spoken nationally and internationally on many topics, including fathering, healthy relationships, and trauma. He is an ordained Elder who is actively involved in ministry to men and supports organizations that minister to displaced women and children, crisis pregnancy, and post-abortive individuals. He has been married to his wife Teresa for 44 years; together, they have raised 6 daughters and have 11 grandchildren.
