Director of Mental Health Outpatient Services / Psychologist

Seeking outpatient mental health director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the development and administration of a new outpatient provider. The candidate must have experience in fiscal management, adequate census building, hiring practices, performance evaluation, employee development and productivity with program compliance.
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Relevant experience in a mental health / behavioral health care setting
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing provision of behavioral healthcare services in Philadelphia.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records, fee of service and productivity
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and to handle multiple priorities.
