Caris Wright

Caris Wright is a scholar with a background in holistic health and research. Born and raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Caris attended Central High School while also attending dual enrollment at LaSalle University and University of Pennsylvania. This allowed her to complete a degree in Health Studies with a minor in Africology at Temple University in three years. With this background, Caris has a passion for providing underserved communities the keys to a healthy lifestyle. Her career goals are to open up the practices of medicine so that they are more integrative and accessible.
Outside of academics, Caris is a licensed nail technician. She also has co-founded her own organization, Your Flowers. Your Flowers works to provide a safe space for Black Queer People through social events revolving around health, culture, and general life navigation.

Through all of Caris’ experiences, she finds joy in being able to welcome people into healthy communities that offer support and encouraged growth. She is eager to continue to add to these experiences, especially at Life Revival, where their main mission is to offer compassionate and thorough care.
